Rental Agreement


I,_______________________, Releaser, in consideration of being permitted to participate in activities as a customer of Alaska Blue Moose Wilderness Rafting Adventures & Outfitting, Due for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release and forever discharge  Blue Moose Wilderness Rafting Adventures & Outfitting and it’s officers, agents, employees, their heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns (Releases), from any and every claim, demand, action, or liability, of any kind of nature, either in law or equity, arising from any bodily, personal, or mental injuries known or unknown, including death, or property damage, resulting or to result from any accident which may occur as a result of participation as a customer of  Blue Moose Wilderness Rafting Adventures & Outfitting, or any activities in connection with Blue Moose Wilderness Rafting Adventures & Outfitting.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Releases for any loss, liability, damages, or costs by Releases as a result of any bodily, personal, or mental injuries, including death, or property damage resulting from my participation in Moose Wilderness Rafting Adventures & Outfitting.

Releaser agrees to pay Moose Wilderness Rafting Adventures & Outfitting, at Blue Moose Wilderness Rafting Adventures & Outfitting replacement cost, including a labor charge of $60 an hour, for all rented equipment, which is returned damaged in any way or not returned to Blue Moose Wilderness Rafting Adventures & Outfitting. Releaser also agrees to pay all rental fees, for all equipment canceled inside of 30 days of trip departure. Releaser agrees there is no refund for early returns. Releaser understands that Blue Moose Wilderness Rafting Adventures & Outfitting may substitute all rental equipment at Blue Moose Wilderness Rafting Adventures & Outfitting discretion if your equipment becomes unavailable due to acts of god such as inclement weather.

Releaser will require all persons on his/her raft to wear a personal flotation device (life jacket).

Releaser States that he/she has carefully read this Release, fully understands its contents, and signs this release as a free and voluntary act.
