All laws pertaining to the use of Alcohol and controlled substance while operating a vessel pertain to the rented rafts of Blue Moose Wilderness Rafting Adventures & Outfitting.  We cannot enforce this you need to know the operation of any vehicle or vessel while under the influence is unlawful in the state of Alaska. As the signed renter of this inflatable you assume all liability for you and your party. No one should be under the influence on the raft and especially the person or persons at control of the raft.
